Everything you need to know about production time, shipping, delivery expectations, and store pickup for your Arcane Transfers orders.
Turnaround Time
Orders placed before 1:00 PM ship the same day.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Turnaround time refers to production time before your order ships or is ready for pickup. This does not include shipping transit time.
Turnaround times may vary during high-volume periods, sales, weekends, or holidays.
1. Order Placed
Once your order is submitted, it enters our production queue.
2. Production
Your transfer is printed exactly as submitted and prepared for shipping or pickup.
3. Shipment or Pickup
After production is complete, your order is shipped or marked ready for local pickup.
Shipping Information
Shipping time begins only after your order has completed production. Delivery speed depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit times.
- Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control
- Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier
- Incorrect shipping addresses may delay delivery
- Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing checkout
Important Timing Notice
Turnaround time and shipping time are separate.
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or delays caused by incomplete or poor-quality customer-submitted files.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but turnaround may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Store Pickup
Local customers can select Store Pickup at checkout instead of shipping.

Pickup is available during business hours. Please check in at the front counter upon arrival.
