When will my order leave?
The time and business day your complete order is submitted determine when production begins.
Ships the same business day
Complete orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on business days are produced and shipped that day.
Ships the next business day
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Turnaround can increase during sales, holidays, unusually high order volume, or when an order or uploaded file is incomplete.

Does same-day shipping mean same-day delivery?
No. Same-day shipping means the order leaves Arcane Transfers that business day. The carrierโs transit time begins after shipment and determines the delivery date.
What happens if I order after 1:00 PM?
Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders also begin on the next business day.
When does shipping transit time begin?
Transit begins after production is complete and the carrier accepts the package. It is separate from Arcane Transfersโ production turnaround.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Qualifying orders of $150 or more receive free shipping. The available option will be shown during checkout.
When can I pick up my local order?
Wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Then visit 3931 Mega Dr #14, Myrtle Beach, SC 29588 during current business hours.
Can carrier or weather delays happen?
Yes. Once a package enters the carrier network, weather, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, and other carrier delays are outside Arcane Transfersโ control.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact Arcane Transfers immediately. Address changes may not be possible after the order has entered production or been handed to the carrier.
Can you guarantee arrival by my event date?
